Please join us on Saturday, February 10 at 10:00 a.m. in the Camano Island Library meeting room for our February program and general meeting.
Renee Ellsworth and Leigh Fiedler, partners and owners of Our Legacy Fields Lavender Farm will share their transformational story. Renee, a former Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for a prominent Northwest real estate firm and Leigh, a Detective with the Seattle Police Department, both mothers and hard-working women, wanted to reinvent their lives. They sought to do more of what matters to them, enjoy their family, and be there for others. This new beginning started in 2017, when they purchased Renee’s grandparents’ farm in Stanwood. Their presentation will take us down their path of enlightenment, dreams, and how that today is manifested in Our Legacy Fields Lavender Farm which opened to the public in 2021.
Note that February 10 is Lunar New Year, a significant holiday celebrated in Asian culture. This year is the Year of the Dragon.
