Welcome to the Holidays! The most exciting news in the month of November is there are four women who have applied to be Tech Trek Director. The interviews are the first week of December. The state president feels very positive that Tech Trek will have a director for summer 2026.

Times are interesting and what has typically been normal in the past – no longer is. When we think about a director for Tech Trek, most of us would think – of course there’s interest. But there wasn’t! until the last week.

As president, I believe we need to look at all our organization does to support girls and women in education. It takes many of us to raise the money and carry out the three programs we provide – Tech Trek, High School STEM Recognition and college scholarships. We need to celebrate the commitment so many of you have made of your time and effort to make all that we do happen!
