Summer is just around the corner! May was a joyous month celebrating the high school STEM scholars selected for their excellence in STEM coursework and meeting the girls selected for the summer Tech Trek camp. So many members contributed to the committee work and celebration. Thank you to everyone involved.

June 28 we look forward to the Scholarship Tea to see results of the Scholarship Committee’s work selecting the young women who will enjoy their next year of education with our help.

It’s been a delight to serve with wonderful members this year. I’ve learned so much about the work of our branch and how we come together in a variety of ways. I invite our new members and those who have “paused for a while” to get involved and help accomplish all that we need to do in 2026-27. Getting involved means learning more about one another, working on an important project for young women and their educations and connecting in ways that bring joy to your life. We can’t accomplish our mission without you.

I hope to see you at the June 28 Scholarship Tea and Annual Meeting to celebrate the culmination of our year of hard work, to elect our Board for 2026-27, and to vote on our Operations and Scholarship Budgets for 2026-27.
